Dream Talent Management, formed in 2005, is one of the leading boutique management companies representing talent in the industry today. Its co-owners, Karla Huff and Emelie Jimmo, bring to the table over 25 years of experience both as parents of entertainers and successful managers whose passion is guiding, directing, and developing artists with BIG dreams!

Our Management journey began with young actors, dancers, and singers, but as we have grown (and our beautiful Dreamers grew up) we now include adults as well - all following their passions! With two separate offices in the Southern California area Dream Talent represents all levels of talent from the beginner to the seasoned professional. Our rosters are impressive, our talented Dreamers even more so. We love sharing our experience, knowledge, and guidance with our managers and clients under the Dream Talent banner!

Karla Huff is a voting member of the Television Academy and sits on the Advisory Committee of the Looking ahead Program through SAG/AFTRA and the Actors Fund to help ensure there is support, resources, guidance, and recognition for young Talent!
